2) A reflection on the feedback you received from your last pitch.
The feedback I recieved from my last pitch was overall positive. I was complimented on the fact that I was being dynamic with my hand gestures. There was no critique on my delivery but some said my content was lacking in the area of how I would market the product.
3) What did you change, based on the feedback?
Based on my feedback, I added more about how I would sell my cirriculum to universities, which is something I had not previously addressed in my last two elevator pitches. I also did not get feeback specifically on this but I recorded in a different location too, I switched from my dorm room to a study room with a more clean background. I also added a blazer to my outfit to make it more professional in appearance.
Hi Kayla, I think by adding in more detail about how you would sell your curriculum to universities will allow for others to fully understand every component of your product. I really like how professional the pitch looks. I could tell that you are very passionate about the product and want others to see the importance of the concept. Great job on the elevator pitch!
ReplyDeleteHi Kayla, I think you did a good job altering your elevator pitch based on your previous feedbacks. Also, it is good that you took into consideration how you could add information of how you could market the product. I did not change the location when recording my elevator pitch, however, I did change the background of where I was standing. I feel as though doing so will break the consistency of each elevator pitch. But your idea about changing locations was well thought out!
ReplyDeleteHey Kayla, love that you included the things that you are good at and how that ties into how your service is important. I love that you know your targeted audience and how passionate you are about wanting to educate others. The choice to change to a more professional background is very smart and the blazer is a really nice touch good job, the only thing I would say is work on camera placement or speaking up, its a little fuzzy but that's not really a huge deal.
ReplyDeleteHi Kayla,
ReplyDeleteI agree with Samantha in that you need to add details to clear up any confusion and to further sell your course to universities. The pitch appeared professional, and I appreciate how you encorperated others’ feedback into this final pitch. Changing locations and outfits was a great idea! Little aspects like that in presentation go a long way. Great job!
